Stuart Murray started his career in the property industry, but soon felt constrained by the possibilities and realised he was destined for greater things!
He discovered early how Information Technology (or IT) can help you do more with less effort. For three decades he bridged the gap between business and IT by understanding the challenges facing every industry and seeing how technology can help solve those challenges.
After leaving the corporate world in 2008 (when Lehman Brothers collapsed), he went self-employed developing marketing software using SMS and Messenger. For the past 10 years he has focussed on network marketing, where he rose to become the UK leader for the first company he joined.

Does Botsii integrate with other tools or platforms?
Botsii primarily operates on Facebook and Facebook Messenger. Features and Usage
Can Botsii handle multiple languages?
No, not out of the box. Botsii is designed for the English speaking market. It is feasible to develop Botsii for other languages where there is a big enough user base within your company. Our first priority is to develop the English language version.
Implementing multiple languages would generally happen in phases, e.g. we would integrate non-English speaking presentations and setup guides into the English language chatbot first. This way prospects can use the English chatbot to navigate and consume the most important information in their native tongue.

How does Botsii handle user privacy and data protection?
Botsii employs robust data privacy measures and complies with regulations like GDPR to ensure user data is protected. The system is integrated with the Facebook system using API's and so is required to meet their privacy standards for all users. A copy of our Privacy Statement can be found here.
What kind of reporting does Botsii provide?
Our approach is to keep things simple for our users and focus on what helps deliver results. So there's no complicated dashboards that might look pretty but just confuse most people. You simply share your chatbot link with prospects, and let the bot do the heavy lifting for you.
Botsii provides notifications to users when a prospect interact with your chatbot directly to your email inbox. This gives you visibility of key actions taken by prospects so you can follow up personally to convert more prospects to join your business.
Can I schedule messages or broadcasts with Botsii?
No, because Facebook imposes strict rules around sending promotional messages outside a 24 hour 'active' window. It is important you qualify prospects and then let Botsii interact with them after you share you bot link.
Botsii has developed a way for you to enter your prospects email in the system, which will allow us to send unlimited follow up outside of Facebook with updates and news about your network marketing company.
Once you've entered a prospect's email, we will work with leaders and active team builders to send monthly newsletter updates to prospects on your behalf - these will redirect back to your chatbot and registration link.
Does Botsii support rich media messages?
Botsii supports various types of rich media, including images, videos, PDFs, and more, to create engaging interactions.
Pricing and Billing
What are the pricing plans available for Botsii?
As part of keeping things simple, Botsii has a similar price plan available for each network marketing company. This is usually a one-time deal when we launch a new company, or latterly an annual subscription. Existing pricing is subject to change without notice as new features and upgrades are added.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
There are no setup fees or hidden costs. Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Users are also 'grandfathered in' at the price they have paid when making their purchase, and so you benefit from future upgrades, free of charge.
Do you offer a free trial for Botsii?
No, we don't offer a free trial as each chatbot is developed specifically to your network marketing company and is customised with your contact details and registration link. However, you can experience Botsii's features and capabilities by clicking on someone else's chatbot link before committing to making your purchase.

Billing is either on a one-time deal or on an annual subscription, depending upon when you make your purchase. Payments are made in USD $ via our secure payment processor.
For bulk purchases we will accept payment in fiat in USD or cryptocurrency by special arrangement at the time of ordering.
Do you have an affiliate program to promote Botsii?
Yes, we typically offer a 2-tier affiliate program paying out 25% at tier 1 and 10% at tier 2, (i.e. 35% overall) on company chatbot sales.
Payouts are currently made using PayPal subject to a minimum commission of $98 and are paid 30 days following month-end. Our affiliate program is designed so that anyone can share a link to a Botsii sales page and generate a commission. We have cookies set on affiliate links to 90 days,
We also have an affiliate program for referring new companies into Botsii, which pays 25% on the development cost and 10% on direct sales from the launch of the new company chatbot.
Please note, we are currently unable to pay affiliate commissions where payments are received in cryptocurrencies. Also Botsii cannot be held responsible for commissions not appearing within affiliate's back office where the buyer is blocking cookies, or preventing the tracking of purchases in some way.
